Establishing Compensation Philosophy And Strategy: The Building Blocks Of Compensation Compliance

Webinar: ID# 1023591
Recorded On-Demand
About This Course:
A compensation philosophy is a seemingly simple statement that documents a company’s position on employee compensation. And, it’s something all organizations should establish.

Although simply stated, the philosophy is a strong, underlying support of the company’s business goals and operating objectives. A compensation philosophy can also help an organization remain transparent about their pay strategy and goals.

Employers need to make sure their compensation structure is transparent to employees, in line with the current market, and reviewed and updated periodically. Also, when managers understand and can easily communicate the company’s pay philosophy, this can lead to higher levels of employee satisfaction.

Join us for an in-depth webinar about how to establish an effective compensation philosophy and how to build a compliant compensation plan. Katie Busch, Lead Consultant at HR Compensation Consultants, LLC will discuss what it takes to build a strong and compliant compensation plan that is right for your organization.
